Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@homeclime.com. Please do not send items back before contacting us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on used items, items not in their original condition, gift cards, or products marked as final sale where permitted by law.

This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union and United Kingdom Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
